You do realize that Kate Kane IS in Arkham Knight and, despite her role being restricted to a message in an answering machine, is the only female character in the whole Arkham franchise to not come off bad. In fact, she’s in a better state in this series than she is in her own comics (Which has been canceled btw).

With modders getting only 25%, this still comes off as the developers themselves getting ripped off. I’m not supporting this because mods aren’t free anymore, I’m not supporting this because they deserve a heck of a lot more than 25%.
