Unless you’ve got documented figures for UBW, GitS: SAC and 2nd Gig are still the most expensive anime series ever produced. Each episode cost around ¥30,000,000.

Don’t forget Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex and it’s sequel series, 2nd Gig. OH! and I totally forgot about the Monogatari series. Watch *ALL* of that.

It’s definitely a great show, but the most beautiful anime of all time? No.

There’s Gankutsuou, there’s Macross Zero, there’s Madoka, Dennou Coil, etc. Lots and lots of fabulous, gorgeous series.

This game looks great. Shame it’s on a console I doubt I’ll ever buy :(

There just aren’t enough titles on the thing I actually care about to warrant the purchase.

I can only think of two reasons for not reveling in this movie’s ultimate glory:

1) A shockingly low amount of testosterone
