I have them in half the rooms in my house and love them. The other half of the rooms I went with Lutron smart switches instead because the lights weren’t easily replaceable with Hue bulbs.

It’s funny, I was JUST on Woot, reading about today’s deal; an Echo Tap. There was much discussion over how you no longer have to actually tap the speaker.

Growing up, I remembered my sister and I sharing a bathroom and it smelled fine. Enter 1 little brother and 3 step brothers and it smelled like pee ALL. THE. TIME! Now I have a little boy of my own, who is three, and the bathroom is starting to smell like old pee no matter how hard I clean it. How do I fix that?!

RCN does use TiVo T6 boxes as their standard DVR. The T6 is a cable company-only variant of the TiVo Roamio product line. I also think (but not 100% sure) that they implement Switched Digital Video tuning in the background (using a “virtual” SDV that resides within the TiVo T6). This might explain what happened.

There are a few different “remakes” out there. I hear they’re just okay. If you want the best, you’ll want to get a refurbished original. With spotify premium you get “up to” 5 premium accounts. You’re leaving out the pretty glaring disadvantage that each of those additional accounts is $5 a month, meaning a 5 person family at spotify will cost $30/mo, not $15 as you are implying. Please correct this so it’s not misleading.
