Is anyone else having trouble getting Google Authenticator to work with this? Tried yesterday and today, but it's not accepting the pin.

I use F.lux [stereopsis.com] It adapts the color of your monitor to the time of day (more blue light during the day, less after sunset). It's available for free for PC, Mac, Linux. I've noticed that it reduces eye strain and helps my sleep.
@SquareWheel: Groupon isn't as great as it was. Now (at least in NYC), all the deals are for teeth whitening, dayspas, and restaurants that have 1.5 stars on Yelp and are in need of some quick good will and publicity.
[your.flowingdata.com] Nice graphs too. And it has an iPhone application, though it only sends your entries through Twitter DMs.
ask.metafilter.com. They've answered questions about wisdom teeth to wordpress installs to these mysterious flies that had invaded my kitchen. (Corpse flies, it turned out.)
@TheFu: I'm with you on USAA. The change in document delivery doesn't bother me so much, especially when I get to deposit checks at home via the website or my iPhone, ATM fee reimbursement, cash back on my debit, and a little more cash back from certain retailers. I guess I'm extra enthusiastic right now because I…
Quicksilver experts: I know I can call up something with Quicksilver, then drag it from the first panel to an open/save dialog window. Is there a way to drag it into the dialog window without touching my mouse (like a "drag action", or "drop on topmost window" action?) Would love to drill down to the folder I want to…
How can I get Gmail to sort my inbox chronologically? I'd like the oldest emails to be on top to make processing easier, and so I can get to the oldest stuff first when I've been away from it for a while. There was a greasemonkey script but it looks like it no longer works. #openthread
Please, please get renter's insurance. Mine's through USAA, who were gracious about my two break-ins less than a year apart. When I told them I worked at home, my claims rep sent one payment right away, so I could replace my main work laptop in a day or so. The only thing that caused problems was trying to show proof…
How about great ear-training resources? Most of the sites I've seen are either old and clunky, use the tinniest Midi samples, or are bait for buying $300 Perfect Pitch courses. A nice site with music theory and ear training lessons and quizzes would be excellent, and well-worth a small subscription fee.
I used to work in cafes all the time. But the wifi was always out, or the cafe was too noisy or crowded to work. I'd end up buying a coffee then leaving after 10 minutes. But I couldn't work at home without turning MSNBC on. Now I'm a member of a writing space in the city. There's always coffee and tea, it's extremely…
I've saved 12.12 hours, 290,893 characters, and 2,036 snippets expanded. I have snippets that range from directions to my house, to html coding, to entire template emails.
I just installed this script, and while some parts seem counter-intuitive, I feel like its integration with something I use all the time anyway makes it worth trying. Now that I've got my labels set up I just have to get in to empty. Two thousand emails down, 2,000 more to go!
