Hi Yoga Nerd. Haven't seen you since we talked about ADD and pregnancy awhile back. It is weird because I was going to post this same thing only with the opposite view.

Agreed. But I think there are two different types described in the article. A mother who loves her baby and simply doesn't like the tasks of being a mom isn't that bad. But a mother who doesn't feel affection is a huge problem. It doesn't matter that she takes care of her baby, if there's no affection the baby doesn't

That was my first thought as well. No one wants to be referred to as the biggest mistake of someone's life, especially if the person saying it is their parent. The pain that causes, pain that people like you and I have experienced firsthand, cuts incredibly deep.

I understand why people would feel like they couldn't talk about this. If we're being honest about feelings here, I honestly felt no sympathy for the women above. To be honest, I saved all my sympathy for their children.

You don't get protection, but there always seems to be someone questioning, 'well what was she wearing?' like that has some relevance, so I can see why she put it in.

Jezebel did a great article on the tipping culture which I think is a HUGE hugehugehuge part of why customers feel a sense of entitlement with waitstaff and why it wasn't adopted in America ages ago because tipping was seen as demeaning and a classist notion that went counter with the idea that everyone in America is

it feels important to post this now

I'd love to know his reaction to this. If he acknowledges it at all.

I love that you showed up when you were summoned

Laura's employer sounds like a great place to work.

In other news, it sounds like Brian got a little of Laura to go. Just ... not the part that he wanted. OOPS.

Sounds like a question for Jolie Kerr!

NO HE PUT HIS HAND ON MY CEILING HIS GROSS HANDPRINT IS STLL THERE IDK HOW TO GET IT OFF???

Is "put his hand on my ceiling" a euphemism?

This guy didn't even give me THIRTEEN MINUTES to respond to his message:

Longtime lurker here, not a troll. I have to post because the OK Cupid guy with the epic list of impossible demands (http://jezebel.com/this-is-the-mo…) is still online and he liked me!!!! Despite me being a real live human being and thus not at all what he's looking for.

I don't understand why you wouldn't want to get these kinds of messages, ladies. Sometimes you have to wait months or even years to find out you've been dating an asshole, but these guys just let you know right away. It's practically a public service!

Seriously, any dude that uses "libations" (or even worse "m'lady") who is not dressed in period-accurate reproduction clothing needs to be drawn and quartered. The Queen has so ordered.
