I’m pretty sure MSG does trigger migraines from those prone to it the same way wine and beer does, it’s a heavily fermented product. Generally, one trigger on it’s own doesn’t conjure up a migraine, but paired with two or three (so for me, secondhand smoke for example) and you’re looking and migraine city...
