Or it may not be applicable to iPhone? Did it say that on the ad? For instance - I know the (old, but now going away thanks to Apple) "NE2 Upgrade" program discounts are applicable for any phone - except the iPhone.
I would say digital world - period. iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, WebOS phone... iPod Touch (hello - text apps? google voice app?)

They still need to be registered and plugged into a computer to get working. And for cellular - you don't activate like you do a phone. You activate your account right on the iPad itself. I don't know that any could be disabled.

I've been using GMail on a regular basis now for work.... still don't like it. Really miss the outlook style sorting, experience, preview pane....etc. (God, I'm getting old. LOL)
