Wouldn’t you think that a major price reduction would actually be rather negligent of an airline? Think for a moment about the purpose lowering prices serves. Yup, that’s right. Lowering prices entices people to fly when they might otherwise not. And we shouldn’t be asking airlines to tempt people like that right now.

There’s at least one exception I know of to that last-row trap: The ERJ-175 aircraft flown under the Delta Connection label (at least the ones SkyWest operates) - those lucky few last-row passengers on the 70-seat version actually CAN recline. That’s the one with a closet all the way at the back.
