Who could have foreseen this outcome?

Isekai has been a big thing in Japan... forever. Olds like me remember watching Fushigi Yuugi and Escaflowne some... *checks calendar* ...jesus christ, 30 years ago.

“My latest, and last, film.”

(Jerry Seinfeld voice) “What’s the deal with these slideshows? I mean, who keeps making these? What’s the point if they’re not even gonna put me in it?

And Ramza.  Also we should dig a big hole under Luneth deep enough to place Ceodore in properly.

Oh man if they did that I would love for them to actually finish the end of the game.

Mystic Quest?

Final Fantasy X’s himbo jock with daddy issues gets a bad rap because people take the game’s iconic laugh scene out of context and say he whines too much.

Digital media have shelf-life as well, particularly anything stored on NAND flash memory, which will essentially self-erase within a few years or so, and maybe even hours if left forgotten in a summer-hot car for example. Writable optical discs fade with age, lasting a roll of the dice number of years, who the hell

There are so many games that I would gladly pay for if I could, and if that money would go to the people who made it. Im not going to pay hundreds of dollars to someone on Amazon for a DS game. And its just really sad when the only options are doing that or getting the game illegally.

Yes yes yes. I am not sheepish in my support of piracy. I won’t go into every point defending it, but suffice it to say that it has never been proven that piracy harms the sale of legitimate media. As such, there is no possible argument against piracy aside from “it’s not right”. It is not theft. It is not

Here’s to piracy. It’s really the only reason why video games from the 80s & 90s are still available to play. Want to play that arcade game you spent way too many quarters on back in the day? Piracy lets you do that. Want to play a beloved Atari or Sega Master System game? Piracy lets you do that. The companies that

If they are going to remake Drakengard, Taro will find a way to make you regret they did. Instead of offering 1% hope in the final perfect ending, it will be lowered to .01% hope. Maybe he might even show up at people’s houses and beat them over the head with a bat as they play then whisper that they deserve worse

I would totally buy a Xenogears remake / remaster. However, I had read that part of the deal that was made to allow Xenosaga et. all to be developed was basically that Square would never touch the title again.

Well no, it’s someone who’s an intelligent reasoning person but is currently in a beast form.

bc for the saturn would have made little difference. Except it would have upped production costs per unit. The saturn was notoriously difficult to dev for meaning they would likely have had to include the whole saturn chip set. DVD would have been a game changer...but again...costs. Sony was a much much bigger

The only thing that has me excited for a second one is that it felt like it was just the first two acts of a game. Gameplay got boring quickly, but was okay. Just, all the interesting stuff never got a chance to grow.

And 16 months later, it was GONE!
