Yeah... if you're Karl Rove, and you're getting trash-talked by bloody FOX NEWS, it might be time for some self-reflection (or self-medication, perhaps).

From the same crack team that brought you the "Amercia" app.

What?

Legitimate rage.

Given the number of naysayers predicting Twitter's failure on election night, they're entitled to a little "I told ya so". Besides, they basically just passed a massive test. Kudos are permitted.

Athena is also "semi-technically" (what?) the name of the store at my local mall that sells posters and artwork. Scary!

Very good point. Let's hope that our optimism is founded and not that it's just a bunch of morons flipping a coin before they head to the polls :)

That's an optimistic view. I'd think that if you were the sort of person inclined to write in a third-party candidate, you'd already know who they were.... a bit of the "if you have to ask, you'll never know" mentality.

This. If Apple had worked with third-parties to release some mind-blowing accessories on iPhone 5 launch day, they could've shut up some of the complainers (myself included). I WANT to believe that Lightning is more than a cash grab, but I just ain't seeing it yet.

Reference of the day.

Tuesday voting is a holdover from days when farming dominated. Here's some Wiki info: http://bit.ly/UdLEM1

And why wouldn't he? Bain Capital invests in voting machines. It's just good business!

Jay Kickliter? More like Jay Kickasser, amiright?

I'm showing my age here, but who else remembers the controversy when footage of Fred Astaire was composited into a commercial for Dirt Devil vacuums? At the time, there was concern that every dead celeb would be back on the airwaves hawking the latest wares; it never happened, and hopefully neither will this.

Because your arm would get fucking tired.

Ha! Let's start by having you talk to strangers on the subway, and then report back to us with the results, k?

Wait, THE millionaires? Count me in!

That's cuz baseball is the 'murican pastime, dagnabbit! Get yer own pastime, dirty foreigner!!

I'd assume that (given their extensive ecosystem) that Apple is able to generate WAY more money per user than Samsung. Selling a phone for $100 profit is nice. Selling a phone for $100 profit, then earning an additional $xx/year per unit sold is nicer.
