Yikes, that's a lot of failure. I'm sure they'll be coming shortly, but it's definitely a little irresponsible of Apple to promote Passbook in this way.

Had the same on my Mac. Simply restarted iTunes and everything's fine.

It's available on the 4s and the fifth-gen iPod Touch as well. Don't know why it's not on the newest iPad at least... but who'd use it to take pics anyway, amiright?

How is Passbook not working? Have you tried adding anything to it, or tried using it at any merchants?

If you're on an iPhone, Google just released a new YouTube app (and the iPad version is on its way in a couple of months, apparently). Barring that, the mobile website is way better than the old, never-updated YouTube app.

Canadians love torrenting music! Why? File sharing (of music) in Canada is in a legal grey zone. Lawsuits are extremely unlikely (I don't think there's ever been one here, but I'm open to correction).

You're always moving, even when you feel like you're sitting still. I'm sure any facial recognition system could watch for these tiny movements to verify that it's an actual face in front of the camera.

That would be terrific. Given the number of iPhone on the market, I'm sure many sites would be happy to add support for such a system (given that it doesn't cost them anything, at least). New Macs could incorporate the technology, invalidating the need for a separate accessory.
