Yep, even for those on probation there is the stipulation that you can't date women with children under the age of 18. And this is for people who are not committing aggravated child molestation on 8 year olds.

I learned this from the Elliot Rodgers #Notallmen snafu. Please keep in mind that anyone is capable of violence. Even Chris Brown, Jodi Arias, and those people who shoot up public places.

Out of 50 states, 1 "sex offender" by your own definition becomes a serial killer. Screw Elliot Rodgers and the like, lets get on this guy who turned himself in and confessed!

Not every 'sex offender' has multiple cases, evades the law, or becomes a killer. This isn't about rehabilitation as much as it is him offending multiple times and evading the law.

You serious? Not every sex offender has multiple pending cases . . . . . there are many that are not serial and some with 1st offender cases that were falsely accused and barely even have sex. There are juveniles with sex offense cases because they take lude pictures of themselves.
