Also, I can't find where she made an allegation that he did the sexual assaults. Only that she was sexually assaulted and this other person was brought to trial. Both are presumably true. No libel there.

If he is publicly disbarred or on the registry, it wouldn't be much of a libel suit. And that is why I asked for a name, so I could check the 'bar rolls'. But, not knowing the nature of the assault(sexual assault is a broad term), there isn't much to go on and believe it or not, this isn't that uncommon.

I live in Georgia, studied law, and been in the courtrooms and have never heard of only 1 year for multiple sexual assaults. I'm asking for at least single name, year, or something but I'm getting nothing. I don't get how you cannot name someone who was publicly disbarred.
