No, not The Surprise. This thing is the legit Star of India, built in 1863, and is the world's oldest active sailing ship. And that person setting off the cannons is one awesome chick. She knows her way around historical weapons like you wouldn't believe.

Yvette Nicole Brown for the mother fucking win!

Looks like the Star of India. Every so often they take it out and fire cannons. Normally it's a museum for the public.

The maritime museum does this every day. Ubi probably hired them to truck over to the SDCC to do it. You can book cruises and eeverything the museum is awesome, and has Russel Crowes ship from Master and Commander

I think that ship which they firing canons on its dock, may be The Star of India. It's one of the oldest sailing ships that still functions in the world. I think it's between 100 to 200 years old if I remember correctly. Haven't been on it since I was little but it's one of the many tourist sights in San Diego.

I love how at the moment every single comment but one is a variation of "eat the chicken you dumbfucks".

Eat the fucking chicken, you urban pussies.

I know this is hard to believe, but non hipster chicken raisers turn their chickens into chicken soup when they stop laying eggs.

If you have hair IN YOUR VAGINA, it's time to go to a doctor.

How about instead of focusing on shelters and resting the whole burden of the animal overpopulation problem on their shoulders, we start enacting and enforcing mandatory spay and neuter LAWS throughout the country. This include the "accidental" breeder who has female and male dogs and then is surprised to go out one

I've suspected for a while that PETA isn't actually about saving animals. Sometimes I wonder if they're actually a ringer created by the industrialized agriculture industry to give animal activists a bad name.

Goddammit, why does the Game of Thrones panel have to be the last good thing in Hall H that day? Last year I waited in line 4 hours and didn't get in on time. I hate that they have one giant line for the whole day and the only people that get in are the ones that spend the night before in line.

Yes, by all means please keep believing that the 1938 broadcast was just a radio play and not an invasion of Lectroids from Planet 10 In the eighth dimension.

It's like they took the Family Guy joke too seriously. Bad call, Ripley.

Looks like we need to reset the counter again:

When you said "over the top DePalma" i knew exactly what you meant.

Now playing

Not the most demented movie of the 70's, but one of the best. I love early over-the-top DePalma

Mr. T. Robot is NEVER the wrong crow.

This new Daft Punk video is really far-out. I think I saw Paul Williams!
