Strange, I just checked again with 2 finder windows and its definitely scroll down (moving two finger from the bottom to the top of the trackpad) on my system. strange.

If the scrolling is reserved (default in Lion) the gesture is to scroll down.

I have the viper smart start system in my car as well, and while you can start the car without the key, you still must put the key in the ignition and turn it to the "run" position in order to actually drive it. Otherwise, when you press the break to shift into gear, the engine shuts off.
