That would either kill consoles for gaming or it would force people to mod their consoles so that blocks tracking (if possible) or people would download console game rips and play them on emulators. It would not some much as stop used game sales as it would stop sales entirely and promote piracy.

I would like to make my own gym. There were plenty of children who had their own gyms in the game so age isn't a factor. And with a custom gym, you could have a custom badge that could be awarded to players that beat your gym.
