I love magic eraser but oooh they are so abrasive and should not be used on: stainless steel, stone (especially granite and marble), anything delicate (cars, finished wood, anything varnished or coated)... and always test a spot first.

Honestly, the McDonald’s coffee is perfectly fine (admittedly I’m accessing one of the McCafes, not sure if that changes anything). It is literally located inside my building where I do not need to put on real shoes or a coat, so with the speed of service it was the best option, especially in the winter (I live in

America takes “friendly service” to an extreme though. You don’t need to be forced cheerful all the damn time to give warm, excellent service and get a good tip. It is totally over the top down there.

I blame everyone who is ordering McDonald’s or whatever via Uber Eats. They also have the computer terminal kiosks where I live, so when you’re in line waiting, you are also waiting behind however many invisible Uber and kiosk orders.

“I’d put money down that my environmental footprint is much smaller than yours.”

We’re not on the same side.

Hey, I hear it, monoculture is a huge problem too, and I’m not a fan of mass soybean harvests!

I’m pretty sure that cows raised for meat are supplemented with feed and do not subsist wholly on grass. Irrespective of that, there are also the elements of water and methane to add into your calculation.

So I had a weird one that I got from a profession-specific podcast, but I think it is generally adaptable? The background had a lot to do with the shape of your left and right hands (L and J) and what that meant to my profession specifically, but it was basically about doing a bit of “homework” when you’re feeling

Good lord. Cows are not raised on grass! AND even if they were, that land could still be used for something OTHER than raising cattle, and again, the amount of food you could grow on that land...

Meh, as a childfree person in her 30s, this is entirely accurate. My friends with kids have no time for anyone that isn’t suffering right there with them.

It always take more water and more land to feed animals for food than growing plants for food. Always.

Right?

This is the only option I'll entertain.

My parents did this! We also had to “save” a portion every month (which went into a college fund)

I disagree. There is no “right” to a family just as there is no “right” to have a partner.

Meh, aluminum screw caps will work a couple times. If someone wants water all day they could invest in a proper bottle, or reuse a glass jar or bottle.

Huh. Almost like old men are terrible options because they think they’re right all the time and never fucking listen to anyone.

He wanted to suck the women’s toes, not have them do the sucking ;)

I love your choice of “squishy” there. Very descriptive.
