It's probably ghosting, but I’d say you’re good on this one, one date means you don’t really owe them much. My rule when dating was that if I’d seen someone 2-3 times, I owed them a text to say “I don’t want to see you again” and 4-5 maybe a coffee. Depends on the dates.
