Yes, it's Frank Miller. But before he completely lost his mind, he wrote some brilliant issues of Daredevil. And the "Born Again" story arc from issues #227-#233 are absolutely terrific, as much - if not more so - due to David Mazzucchelli's simple, elegant art as Miller's writing.
