When i lived in chicago i wore a combination of tights, leggings, and then jeans. I also recommend Uniqlo's Heat tech leggings. It's a thinner material than most other leggings, and it's meant to be worn as an under layer.

Oh man, i went over the Emma Roberts link and there was a picture of Seal and his date in half ass'd basketball jersey costumes (my bad if they are just big fans). I just sighed a big heavy sigh of sad.

I went to the link to check out Emma Robert's homage to Julia's Pretty Woman. And that picture of Seal's halloween "costume" just put me in the sads.
