First thing that comes to mind is what will happen to the thing if the bike ever goes down. Probably something power delivery related as well though.

Wait, they did a bunch of cost saving measures and only managed to shave $500 off the price? I smell a money-grab. Lame, I was getting excited about this bike.

Nah, it’s more because it’s unique and not just another buzzy four cylinder sound. I’m not saying that it’s a pretty noise, I personally don’t think anything under 8 cylinders can produce that, but it was at least some variety.

All-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive?

That is correct. And also sad.

Yeah, I really like the looks of that thing. There’s basically no info about getting one in Canada though, I’d be concerned about getting it registered here.

Have you ever been votekicked from a PvE lobby because you haven’t paid for stat boosts? We have. It doesn’t matter if it’s not directly unfair to the players, it’s incredibly toxic to the community.

Also, just to be clear before anybody yells at me, I’m thinking of the crazy later turbo ones, not the early ones.

Lancia Stratos

Yeah, that’s why I would love to see something in the 300-400cc range. Doesn’t need a lot more power if they can keep it light.

Must be nice. Here in British Columbia it’s insured just by displacement. 50-400cc bikes are all the same (very cheap) and the next class is 401-750cc bikes. So all the squids on 600 supersports drive the insurance way up in that category. It sucks.

Dammit. Can we please get an adventure bike under 400cc? Insurance is so much cheaper here if you get under that threshold...right now I’m just thinking of getting a CRF250L and farkling it up.

Yes! Convertible is beautiful. Low drag coupe is beautiful. Regular coupe....nope.

Unrelated to my other comment: Ion Engines in Star Wars are described as using a Fusion Reactor to accelerate particles to nearly light speed. Which would provide for a fair chunk of thrust, me thinks.

They are, I think CrudMan is just hoping to see them again. So far all we’ve seen in trailers is regular TIEs.

You’re thinking of interdictor cruisers, which create an intense gravity well to pull ships out of hyperspace. It basically required them to strip the weapons off a star destroyer to get enough space and power to operate the gravity well generators though. It isn’t something that a small fighter would be able to mount.

I agree with you, barring the RCS thrusters. I don’t think any small ships in the star wars universe are shown as having reasonably located maneuvering thrusters.

The big thing that will make me consider this where I haven’t been considering most of the previous ones is that it sounds like they have moved away from mandatory police chases, which was always my least favorite part of every game since Most Wanted.

Yeah, there’s 2 that frequent the local autocross in Victoria, and I’ve seen another handful in Vancouver.

I have a silver Mitsubishi Pajero Evo and a black Corvette ZR-1. And a red Honda motorcycle, but, you know, two wheels bad and all.
