In the whole trailer, I saw two scenes that took place in daytime. In one it was cloudy, and in the other the sky wasn’t shown.

Every Blu Ray I’ve ever bought included a DVD disk.

Some Blu-ray releases of movies come bundled with the DVD. It’s possible that’s the version that’s on sale, but typically they say it comes with the DVD.
