I like John Cena a lot, but I have to agree with Rian Johnson, I do think Bautista has become the best wrestler turned actor. I absolutely never would have guessed that since he was such an uncharismatic block of wood when he was in the WWE. He’s got legit acting chops, though.

The show being animated is the best. I understand CGI has improved a lot but the crazy shit that happens in superhero comics still looks weird even with expensive CGI. This show being animated avoids that. There is a live action movie in the works but I have no expectations.

They might be swinging in different thematic directions, but this was for me, the superior Violent Adult Superhero show on Amazon. More nuanced, emotional and less superficially adolescent than The Boys. Delighted it’s coming back, but a shame it being animated has probably put viewers off.

I sure do! But you do realize that the expense for this show ( if Microsoft paid for it or not remains to be confirmed ) is only a very small percentage of all the big expenses a company like Microsoft does for they high profile executive? Expensive diners, private jets, etc...
