Pardon my lack of Dune knowledge beyond the movies, but I would love to see a Duneverse movie/series set around the discovery of FTL travel and how spice fits into it. I’m sure there’s a book or something, but I’m too lazy to research/read.

They can open all the car-making factories they want, but there’s not enough infrastructure to support the product. Regardless of the fact that only a tiny percentage of everyday Americans use a ‘full tank’ in a single day, range anxiety (and pricing) is still the main factor keeping people from even considering an EV.

Agreed. It tried really hard to be a fantasy version of Alien Nation. Had it been a series and made a real effort to delve into the different cultures of each ‘faction’, it probably would’ve been more entertaining.
But a whole season of Cowboy Bebop - with a budget equal to just TWO EPISODES of ST S4 - was too expensive to continue... :-/
I never heard of this company until Giant Bomb mentioned them on a recent podcast and I can’t stop adding their products to cart only to remind myself they’re too expensive, won’t really use them and then remove from cart.
