No, sorry to disagree. The way to call someone out like that is to win and send them home, not whine about his showboating making them feel bad. He celebrates a "non-home run" that stays in the park? The proper response is to throw his ass out at third. Make him pay for posing and dragging his ass. Couldn't do that?

???? Sorry, maybe I not following you, or maybe you just don't get the joke. If its the latter, I'll fully spell out why what he said is funny, if you deem that necessary.

Woooosh! (Over your head)

Thanks to all of you on this thread for doing an impossible job.

You are 100% right to expect him to give you all the options. He's not a supposed to be a salesman, he's supposed to be better than that, above that. There is respect and money (not as much as before, but its pretty good) and trust that people give you because of the MD behind your name and if his day to day goal is

You make very good points and while I think I try to always explain all options with pros and cons (including doing nothing) I am not so stupid or naive to think that many if not most other physicians aren't so patient and careful. It takes a lot of trust on the patient's part, and with doctors being humans too,

I see, and agree wholeheartedly with this post.

As a non-surgeon physician, I think the general tone of your post is echoed amongst other physicians in the hospital. However, I think it's pretty weak to generalize an entire population of doctors based on one surgeon who was shitty at his job. It's not like every high school teacher is having sex with his students,

I disagree with you that they don't come off as childish jerks who had their feelings hurt, but I am honestly very impressed with you making your stand in a consistent, thoughtful way. Don't worry about the snarky comments, they are mostly directed at you because your comment was longer than most New Yorker articles

"The only strange thing here is that they are outside."

Agreed. The WR is covering him at the line of the left. If the receiver was a yard back in the backfield then he would be like a TE and I think eligible.

I have Demaryius Thomas on my team but I tuned into the game right after Julius Thomas caught his second TD and mistakenly thought that my guy had just caught his second. I texted the guy I was playing "Suck it."

Agreed. Read his comment history. Either the guy has a compulsive disorder, or he's successfully portraying some type of Kauffman-esque character in his own sad (funny?) movie.

No worries. Thanks for the attempted rec. Have a nice weekend.

If its any consolation, that guy probably hasn't seen his own dick in 10 years.

The article doesn't say whether or not he was hit, but in case you actually care, the most likely cause of sudden death in a young athlete would be hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a congenital thickening of the heart making it prone to ischemia and arrhythmias. Then coronary anomalies or long QT syndrome. Somewhere mixed

I've never had an inclination to go into politics, but it would be worth it solely to see this suggestion come across my desk and be able to respond with a quick, but hearty "Fuck no."
