The writers here are just bitter that it wasn't a girl so they can't mark a milestone. So they pretend a light-hearted joke was stupidity.

LOL. The autopsy noted it and both ME's were questioned about it. Was the autopsy wrong? What was the broken skin on Martin's left fingers and knuckles? Why did de la Rionda ask if the state ME if those injuries could have been produced by falling on cement?

Your second claim is that there is no evidence that Martin started "beating on" Zimmerman. That claim is incorrect.

The florida dispatchers are trained to not give advice or commands in non-emergency situations because it is just as likely to hurt as help.

I don't know if Martin looked like he was up to no good. I know that people ducking into houses landings would look like someone scoping houses. Racial profiling is an interesting theory, and not illegal anyway.

He admits that he followed, but denied he followed after the dispatcher suggested he not. The evidence agrees with his account. Not that it invalidates it. But the following post-call is bogus.

You say "disobey emergency personnel" like Zimmerman 1) was given a directive, and 2) that he disobeyed. "We don't need you to do that" is not a direction. At most it is a suggestion. Second, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ZIMMERMAN FOLLOWED MARTIN AFTER THAT TIME.

There are a number of ways it could have started. There are plenty of doubts all around. The version being peddled that has Zimmerman attempting to apprehend or detain or attack Martin just has no evidence.

For sure. Your opinions are a pretty good reason to not like Zimmerman personally, if you actually believe your opinions. Not a good reason to say he should be imprisoned (which you appear to not be doing). And fortunately the jury stuck to the facts and the law.

Again it is a very interesting opinion that is just unmoored from what we know. It does demonstrate that a racial-bias motivated event lacks any evidence though.

That is evidence that a confrontation happened. It doesn't really tell us who started it. You are just willing to assume it is Zimmerman.

This is a very interesting theory about gun-influenced courage. Of course it is just speculation and adds nothing to the prosecution or evidence.

I'm sorry that you think Zimmerman's status as a loser means you should construe all evidence against him. You need to use your brain.

It's just a fascinating theory to say that Zimmerman pursued Martin around and ended up 30 yards from the truck. Just fascinating.

Cops arrest and question a Latino-looking man in a murder -> people claim he was let go because he was white.

Zimmerman's injuries are not evidence?

There is no evidence Zimmerman continued following Martin after the dispatcher said "we don't need you to do that." Your inaccurate narrative is typical of people who did not watch the trial and have not critically examined the facts.

Feeling bad for the parents is a bad reason to make evidence-free assumptions about what happened. They don't know much more than anybody else.

I'm not sure who he would follow with or without a gun. It doesn't matter. And there is no evidence Zimmerman continued following after the dispatcher said "we dont need you to do that."
