I know that. But even just letting the clutch out slowly (no gas and I mean REALLY slowly) with only the front wheels at the base of a 15 degree hill would spin the rears. Even with a "run up", you can't surmount those odds.
Really. So little weight over the rear axle that when you come to any sort of gradient at all, you quickly lose traction. There's only weight over the rears. When you throw the slightly wider (Brooklands) aged budget rear tires into that, you've got issues.
Yeah. I can vouch for UK shutting down with an inch. However, my 2.8 Capri honestly wouldn't go ANYWHERE with a hint of ice/snow with any techniques applied. People with Corsas, Puntos and Audis however have no excuse.
You thought? I hoped...
Beat me to it.
Whilst two of 24 were at the NEC, Birmingham, UK for the Classic Car show this weekend. I know, I stuck my nose into its delicate parts. A friend told me that his colleague had been working for Ford UK in the early 90's and they'd tried to sell him one for £25,000 (about $40k) and his response had been "what do I need…
I don't know about car thief but honorable mention goes to the affectionately titled "ham-bungler" from the small island of Guernsey just under the UK. Everyone knows everyone else there.
What is this, the "Daily Mail"?
Yeah. Because of the fiasco that comes with saving a file in IE9
I'd rather go as the Doppler effect.
Oh my god that was bad. If I worked for Microsoft, I'd have to parody that at the start of at least one meeting (per week).
I didn't realise this was newsworthy? I've seen a couple driving around the M25 over the last week. However, the giant motorsports trailer with "Dr Emmett Brown Industries" that I failed to get a picture of...
Call for Roy Wirt? Do we have a Roy Wirt in the buidling? No? How about an I.P. Freely? I.P Freely?...
And if you're not a big fan of the E90 and don't want the ridiculous insurance, fuel and maintenance assc with an 'M'?
That's a sad story, sounds like my situation except he managed to get the house. Me and my partner combined are paying off nearly 40k of debts accrued by putting ourselves through university and although we earn £70k combined, we've no hope in hell because of ridiculous deposits.
Ooh ooh. If they can re-animate Steve McQueen for a mid-90's ford commercial and Gene Kelly for a VW commercial.
Anyone else see the flaw in his plan here?
Well said. It's about time people stopped with their "sense of entitlement" crap, dragged themselves off their ass and FOUGHT for what they wanted or felt they deserved. Christ knows I came from little and I've been doing it as long as I've been able to make decisions. It's not easy but I've got a metric FUCKTON of…
