They are... ...if you look after them. There are few cars that are just terminally unreliable regardless of whatever you do. Alfa-Romeo, Maserati and Lancia come to mind.

He is. If you read the lot, you'll realise that there are huge costs with having a safe like this opened, perhaps for no gain. He gets an open safe, gets to keep what's in it with no issues AND doesn't have to worry about anyone (read:mafia) secretly coming to "ask for it back" because it was so public.

Latest rumours suggest it'll be available "immediately" as the keynote is given. Maybe this reflects that?
