I would hope they’re the christmas tree style plugs rather than physically-attached plastic tabs.

But if you can’t tow, do they even offer a hitch?

I don’t have a problem with the “expedition” or challenge formats, but there are too many that either don’t focus on cars or don’t even have cars at all.  Their last special was about boats, and they have had ones where they do military training or other things that are just about them being idiots rather than having

I’m so hyped for this game, and I was lucky enough to actually snag a PS5 already. Seeing the GT4-style world map in the trailer actually gave me a huge dose of adrenaline, as GT4 is my favorite GT game to this day.  Also super happy I don’t have to buy a new wheel this time, unlike the PS3-PS4 transition.

I think the issue is more that their stuff has strayed farther and farther from “car culture” (as evidenced by the fact there were no cars in their last feature) and further towards “watch these old guys do stupid things and make each other uncomfortable”.  Which can be entertaining, but it would be nice if the cars

As someone who is relatively new to F1 (I started watching religiously when Haas joined), I find it fascinating that people A) hate him so much (I guess I just expect race car drivers to be whiny), and B) can argue he’s not the best.

Actually, most people buying BMWs do want to stick out, just not in the way BMW thought.  It’s not the grills they should have made gigantic, it’s the badge!  The badge, BMW!

This is only good if the actual cost of the vehicle is lower due to them making money on the back end.  As someone who is perfectly happy without any features that weren’t available since the ‘60s, I’d be all for lower entry costs because a bunch of suckers are happy paying monthly to use a bunch of crap I don’t want.

Are you one of those guys who wants drivers to die more often to spice things up?

Alternative theory: Guy gets too drunk to drive, decides “oh, I’ll let Autopilot take me home nice and safely”. Autopilot shuts off due to the collision warning, drunk guy takes over and proceeds to slam right into the back of a car.

Yeah, I gotta admit I chuckled when I saw it.  Would I want it in my car?  Absolutely not.  Would I get a giggle out of seeing it in action?  Yeah, definitely the first couple times.

I didn’t even realize they’re leaving, but I can’t say I blame them. Not much of a championship when you’re guaranteed to be in the top-3 manufacturers just for showing up. They’ve really gotta get the costs down.

My in-laws flew to visit us from Oregon over the summer, and they were just about the only people on the plane. I know they were still stuck in a tube with whoever was there, but at least at that point the airport was probably the emptiest public space you could find. I’m guessing as states have lifted restrictions

My parents live 30 minutes from me and I see them every weekend, so yes. This will be the first year I host Thanksgiving at my house, actually, so that will be “fun”.

Biden is only there because the Democrats thought he was their best shot at winning.  Everything I’ve seen of the guy looked like a man who had to be talked into it and said “ok, fine, but I’m out after the election!”  I expect Harris to be pres within 2 years, tops.

Yep, both options suck royally.  Key word there is “both”, we really need more options than 2 every election, otherwise they’ll just keep throwing whatever tired old douchebag they can find up there and hope they can squeeze out enough votes to flip the 1% of people who don’t go party line.

It took you until last night to come to that realization?  Each side has done such a good job of scaring their bases of the other side over the years that they could put a cat turd up there and still get 45% of the popular vote.  To be clear, I’m not saying we shouldn’t be scared of Trump, I’m just saying we put

I’m doing wonderful.  It’s a beautiful day, life is going well, and I came to terms with the fact that 80% of the country is a lost cause years ago, so last night/today has 0 effect on my mood.  Looking forward to lunch now.

I’m sitting here staring at the picture trying to figure out which one you think resembles a C7 Vette, and I just can’t find it.  Are we looking at the same cars?

Pretty much this. Only one of my youngins enjoys my “loud, fast, manual” car. The oldest finds it too loud and scary, and the youngest is too young to have an opinion really. Cars have been going away from the raw essence of speed we’re all used to for a long time, anyway. Everything is quiet as a church mouse now,
