For the victims, they can be spared the pre-guilty verdict scorn that, "she just ruined his life even if he's found not guilty." Serious question (and let me preface it by saying that I think he probably raped the victim): why doesn't the media or police withhold the name of the accused in rape cases? I'm all for releasing his name after he's found guilty, of course.

Question: why does he have PR flak ('his publicist")? Most normal defendants follow their atty's advice on engaging with the media. Sounds like someone's prepping a hit job on victim.
