TC Concepts put this body kit and wheel package together and it’s the best looking modified R8 I’ve ever seen. Its just gorgeous.

As a graphic designer, I think I am more interested in something like the photo above, rather than the entire tire being area of focus. And I also agree with the idea that black tires tend to hide the soot that appears after a few hundred miles of driving. Maybe colored sidewalls are the answer, instead of the whole

There is a limit to the amount of useable horsepower in street cars. Past a certain point, it becomes more of a liability than it does recreational. My cut off? 400-500 HP is PLENTY for an every day driver.

Not my photo, and I agree. That corner is a beast in the wet.

Tell you what, Doug... you make the effort to come all the way down to Arkansas and my wife and I will give you a nice modern place to stay (we gots th’ hah speed internets in Lil’ Rock!), feed you, and take you on two on the best roads in the south, including the Pig Trail, seen above. Let me know if you are

I’m sorry, but how could you not include the B7 RS4 in this list? One of the best sounding stock exhausts ever produced? And that is before you hit the “S” button. Then it sounds even better.

I will echo what everything else is saying. This is a Stingray with a body kit.

The B7 RS4 has long been a dream car of mine, and after a year of hunting and waiting, I sold my 2001 TT and bought this 2007 RS4 out of Denver CO last May. My wife and I flew up there and really enjoyed the trip back to Little Rock. By far the best car I have ever owned. In every possible way, this car has met my

WAIT WAIT WAIT... I am confused. Did Mazda GIVE him a new car that he doesn’t have to pay for or did they simply REPLACE the car that he has to buy yet again, using insurance money? Someone please clear this up for me. I want to know how much credit to give Mazda.

Beautiful car, awesome car... all that. But does that thing sound like its having some real mechanical issues? I am not sure if a $1.5M supercar should sound like a Sopwith Camel with engine trouble.

I totally agree that anything over 500 or 600 HP is totally useless on a day-to-day basis. Heck, I have a daily driver B7 RS4 and its 420 ponies are about as much as I can handle. Any more than that is reserved for a weekend runabout. This realization tends to hit you with age.

I think the real problem is this all-wheel-drive claim... I figure it does have AWD (2 engines and 4 tires make sense), but I wonder how well it does in unison? There is no mention of how the drive system is linked together other than what I can assume is when you give it gas, then all 4 wheels go at the same speed.

Forget the other 2 accidents... the biggest accident was mating that 6.2L V8 to an automatic. Your can’t even buy my B7 RS4 in anything other than a 6-speed. That’s the way it should be done. Good call on browsing the AutoCheck by the way.

And this is why I read Torchinsky's articles.Who else cares what kind of car Bob Belcher drives?

Possible new contender for world's best license plate?

Well, at least it was an automatic.

Perfect for the Zombie Apocalypse.

Although the front end is fairly nice and goes along with the design cues from the current Pathfinder, the car's design as a whole is well... horrendous. This car is completely over-designed and looks like they took a regular car build and slammed inches thick clay all over the fenders. To be perfectly honest, much

As a 17 year veteran of graphic design, I can tell you that it really doesn't look that bad. Its a bit loud, yes... I will give you that. But because it matches the same color as its wrapper, its pretty subdued. Now, if they had stuck something like this on there, then you would be correct, and I would agree with you.
