I think iMac refreshes are going to be just about non-existant with the rumor's of Apple branded TV's coming out towards holidays. Who needs a 27" iMac, when you could have a 46" Apple Retina Display HDTV interfacing with your MacBook Pro seamlessly?

What about actually subbing to HBO as a service? Seems pretty possible to me.

Yes, because that extra $2 Billion is definitely necessary when you're sitting on cash stores of $110 Billion currently. To me that's just tax evasion.
