So does DR3 use all of the buttons on the controller for other things that none are left for knocking a zombie off? Or is it just a gimmick "oh look you can use your hand" Neat I guess, still a far shot from being $100 worth. As long as a game uses a controller, motion controls are going to be nothing more than

I still have yet to see an advantage of the Kinect for games other than Just Dance and other games of the sort. Is leaning in BF4 useful? I suppose a little bit. Is it $100 useful? No. The games Kinect is useful for is a very small market. Yet MS decided to include it with EVERY xbox one because everyone wants to play

You have a lot of flower related games?

Well it's fine if you don't like the goofing around, but you can't begrudge those parts for being there. It isn't meant to be a serious car review show, because serious reviews are boring. I'm not about to buy a Tesla, nor are most of the shows fans, regardless of what their "review" says about it.

I can't play what I like, MS decided to tack a streaming box on at an extra $100 that I don't want to spend. Just like Windows 8, MS is forcing a new product in on an existing one at the expense of existing users.

What if I want to play games? And don't need a 4th smart device on my TV? Then what is the extra $100 for?

Pushes in a new and bold direction? Sure. When they invent a Holodeck, I'll buy. But right now I don't want to give money to MS in hopes that someday they will find a use for this tech in mainstream games.

If it's not perfect yet, why force anyone who wants a console to pay extra for a fancy TV guide? Electric cars are probably the future, but it sure would be dumb if Ford decided to make every model electric right now.

Of course it rocks for some people. But Microsoft wants it to work for EVERYONE. I don't even have cable on the TV where my consoles are. Why the hell should I pay $100 more to make browsing menus slightly easier? I'm never going to play a game that really uses it. It's never going to be a make or break feature for

Why use common sense when we have lawyers?

I suppose it's possible, but you are aware Microsoft owns skype, right?

Is the network connected when it finishes booting? That might explain the extra long time, otherwise wow that is crap.

SSD is a hard drive. A hard drive is basically not a floppy. Doesn't have to be of the spinning variety.

Exactly my point. But I bet there are plenty of people that got launch day PS3s that still used them up to the PS4.

Well no shit with mods. I wasn't talking about mods. I never said the console was better, but I bet it looks the same as what a cheap 2005 PC can run it at.

Yes games are cheaper on PC. But the average idiot isn't going to be standing there in Best Buy and choose a $500 PC after doing a spreadsheet to calculate the cost of games if the one they want happens to go on sale while they are looking. And that PC wont last 7 years if you open a lot of emails from Nigerian

I'm talking about how my 2007 PC doesn't meet minimum specs for some games, but a 2005 Xbox 360 plays the same games as a 2013 Xbox 360.

PCs loose their value faster. That is all I am saying, I prefer PC myself.

    Yeah, I know. Just annoying.

Still not saying consoles have better graphics, just that they hold their value better than a PC.
