You should try an Evora. It got panned because it isn’t a 911, but they are amazing cars. I rode in one on twisty roads and on track and it rode great and was very adjustable using the throttle. I’ve been saying this for years, that Lotus is literally the last gasp of the pure automotive experience we have been missing in modern cars. Unless you want one of those F1-racecar-for-the-street vehicles (i.e. Ariel Atom, Caparo T1 etc), the Lotus or Noble (Not in USA) are your best bet.
