So? It’s not like premium is that much more expensive. Around here it’s $0.30/gallon more, so on a typical 15gal fill, I’m only paying an extra an extra $4.50 over regular gas.

Android Auto and Apple Carplay really should be ubiquitous at this point. Outside of luxury cars, there’s really no reason for manufacturers to continue trying to design infotainment systems. Nothing besides the Tesla Model S, Mercedes S Class, and the like are as quick and responsive as a cell phone.
