I understand the law, but 99% of SUVs don’t have this issue. There is plenty of real estate in and around the brakelights. Plus, LEDs can get so bright these days that you don’t really need a lot of surface area.

I hate this new trend of putting the reverse lights and turn signals on the bottom bumper. My eyes naturally follow the brake lights of the car ahead of me, and putting these down low seems to make it harder to notice them.
This looks pretty cool, but if they do a Polestar version it’d be hard to say no.

I agree, but there is a difference between appointing people with different partisan points of view, and appointing unqualified people who want to destroy their own departments.
That’s not usually the case with positions like this. Most people appointed to be Secretaries are experts in their fields. Hell, Obama had Nobel Prize winners! This administration has thrown all that away and appointed incompetent/malicious idiots.
The rebates and credits are intended to increase demand in the short run, in order to push companies forward on building the range and infrastructure needed in the long run.
