It boggles my mind how so many of this people proudly stand behind beliefs that do nothing more than hurt people. I literally cannot understand how someone can stand up and say “I want people to be paid less and treated worse.”

the very US military that they trip over their dicks to tell everyone they love THE MOST

In my experience, man are WAY more insufferable when sick and need 3 days to recover from the sniffles.

With regard to 9/11, however, I don’t think there was much contention right away, since no one really had a problem going after Al Qaeda in Afghanistan. It was when they started going after other random groups and countries that this became an issue.

Also, the most pro-military seem to not understand how a military works. The troops don’t get together and decide who to attack. They are ordered by non-military leaders. So why can we (and them) not question those leaders’ decisions without being told we “hate the troops”?

Somewhere around the Iraq War, where questioning where our leaders were sending our troops became equated with hating the troops themselves.

I’m just grappling with the idea that people will voluntarily spend tens-of-thousands of dollars on a “car” that serves only as an appliance to move them from point to point with the smallest amount of required personal involvement.

I mean, every Gawker site has a bunch of unrelated subsites. I mean “The Slot” is a subsite of Jezebel.

Dear Honda,

Are all four wheels powered? Then it’s AWD. Bias plays no part in this definition.

Wagon option? Yes. Wagon only? Hell no. First, no one would buy it, and, second, there are some people that just prefer sedans. The Focus is really a hatchback, not a wagon.

It seems the only reason you’d buy this over an S3 is because it’s slightly bigger

$60k is what the current E-Class wagon STARTS AT. You can’t compare the very very top of what people pay for non-luxury SUVs with the base price of a Mercedes that will never be sold without $10k in options.

Does this mean they would open the drive thru to other people walking through?

Say what you will about the Mustang driver, but at least he knew to ACCELERATE while merging onto a highway, rather than slow down like most people...

I guess I assumed you were talking about the XC40. I agree the rear of the sedan is too high, but they seem to be going for more of a Camaro shape, like most concepts. That’s something I assume will be brought down in production.

It’s not an X4 competitor at all. No faux-coupe styling. It’s a GLA/X1 competitor.
