I haven’t found any recent reviews (all are pre-2014), but everyone raves about the new V60 R-Design, which is essentially just the wagon version.

If you are looking to go slightly used, the 2014+ Volvo S60 R-Design has a nice interior, paddles, and a Polestar tune.

Why can they not put this interior in the A3? I drive a base A4 occasionally, and the interior is great. Sat in a base A3 and it was empty and covered in plastic.
