Probably, although it depends a little on how the DF is developed....if a car is designed so it develops its DF via central undercar tunnels etc, then it’s less impacted by dirty air than if it develops a lot of its DF from its front wing. Similarly without a massive rear wing the air coming off is potentially less

It’s not so much about “better” as it is “different”. The Deltawing was a completely different philosophy to existing cars. It wasn’t designed to be another version of an existing car....it started with a very different idea, that of low drag. That meant you only needed a small, efficient engine to run at high speed.

1) By moving the downforce away from large wings stuck out in the airstream on their own they’re able to be more efficient in how the generate it

I don’t think that word means what you think it means

Dem establishment aside, the people supported and voted for Biden. The US gets the government it deserves, with a majority too brainwashed to understand they’re voting against their own interests (on both sides).

Can anyone explain HOAs to a non-US person in the context of “I thought this was America....isn’t this America? I‘m sorry I thought this was America”. It seems like all that freedom doesn’t include being able to do what you want on your own property?

I don’t understand how/why Buick and Cadillac are still a thing

I agree with your overall point, however as a non-US middle class white guy, it then makes me wonder why Joe Biden has such high support amongst black voters? Genuine question? I believe that economic inequality is as much a racial concept as it is a class concept, and with that in mind I don’t get why the most

A couple of years ago I was in the garage at a circuit preparing my car when there was a massive bang on the pit straight....this thing had lost it coming up the hill that leads onto the pit straight, and smashed into the barrier that leads into pit lane....hard. It was upside down, and obviously emergency crews got

Whilst it’s impressively specced, your statement is incorrect. You can easily build a PC that’s more powerful than this. It’ll cost you plenty however.

? Isn’t the new GTI available with a regular 6 speed manual?

Do you have a couple of examples of these cars?

I have never agreed with, or indeed understood, the argument that Cadillac was ever the worlds best anything. Perhaps in relation to the rest of US cars, but globally they’ve never been anything other than horribly inefficient gaudy looking whales.  The perception I see on US tv shows about how rich people drive

I don’t get what’s difficult. Leaving car when orders were instigated won the race. What’s the issue?

I am getting sick of every 3rd article on Jalopnik being about Jeep

Totally fair - in fact I don’t think I (white male) need an incentive/prize for trying to act like a human when it comes to trying to do whatever I can to push back on racism and general lameness. With a lot of people trying to get some black coolness rubbed off on them, it can end up with them doing it for the wrong

Does anyone have a copy of the sale documents that come when buying a new Model S with the “autonomous” features added? I’d be interested in whether the terms & conditions contain the normal software licensing jargon, or regular car sale jargon.

Apples and Oranges, with the F1 car not there explicitly to set lap times, and running on less than ideal tyres, and with a turned down engine.

Where the fork is Skull and Bones? Given it should have been a straight forward game. (Take AC:BF boat parts, give protein shake) it seems like it’s in development hell?

Aren’t all these cars supposed to be operating as fully autonomous taxis before the end of the year?
