Even the small stuff like using the GTE and GT3 specs, but calling them something else, just seems symptomatic of trying to be different for the sake of being different.

Not north of the Arctic Circle it doesn’t. The U.S. slice of the Arctic is tiny compared to Canada, Russia and others.
Can someone please explain why this series uses different class rules/types rather than the same as WEC? Wouldn’t it make a lot more sense?
Wasn’t this one of their killer features at the launch? The ability to do stuff whilst watching TV on your game console was their whole shtick?
I agree with that, have been considering an exhaust, but I have an amateur race car which of course literally sucks up money
When shopping for my current car I looked at the C63 AMG, along with the M5, M6 and what I eventually bought, an XF SV8 (all used).
I wonder why it’s worth it for them to not fit the same belts/airbags/other systems to the EU model? That must require setting up the production line differently, obtaining & fitting different equipment - you’d think that it would be more efficient just to send the same car to Europe? Obviously not I guess - does the…
Get rid of the Marines, that should free up some money to be spent on something actually necessary
Can someone please explain why a solid axle is better than independent off-road?
Can I ask why the first question was worded that way? ‘Who made you come here’ - it can come across like you’re trying to show the only way men would join such a thing is if someone else made them?
Terrell what makes you think that an “America First’ policy shift means the US becoming more isolationist?
You keep using that word - I do not think you know what it means
Are scenarios available without DLC? I can’t seem to find them in the menu anywhere?
The FXXK is a track focused car, in fact you can’t really drive it on the road at all. Comparing it to the Nismo GTR or the Pagani isn’t really an apples/apples comparison. It does seem like the Huarya is pretty up there as far as road cars go, in fact it’s interesting how the big comparisons are always…
One pair tried to make a decent job of it and represent themselves, their country and their car culture as well as possible.
The P1 is substantially different enough to be a different car to the rest of them. Agree on the media stuff - I think McLaren do offer something different and that’s always a winner.
“New McLaren” is an oxymoron. They’ve released 2 different cars since going it alone (no MB). That everyone keeps treating these facelifts as new says a lot about how much a media darling McLaren are.
That’s not even close to being correct. When Murray designed the F1 there were no allowances for racing made at all - there was never an intent to race it.
I’m still not entirely comfortable with the part about them maybe turning it off again after Xmas. ‘Someone else’ having the ability to remotely remove capabilities from my car is a little unsettling.
I shall cop the usual rabid hatred from the ooh-rah patrol, but the root cause of the F35's issues is the USMC. I don’t think the MC needs to exist anymore, but at the very least they shouldn’t have their own airforce, and their special snowflake requirements are what gave the F35 fetal alchohol syndrome and resulted…
