The F-35 fiasco clearly shows that this is a myth - The Marines have huge influence, despite their current irrelevance.

I would do literally anything for a new RDR game
I worked at Maccas for a few years and even knowing why the shake/icecream machines are unavailable at night it still makes me want to hurt things when I can't get their goodness when I want it
Cadillac being the ‘standard of the world’ was always marketing hype, far removed from reality. Their cars were always chintzy rubbish.
This. With The Marines struggling for relevance in modern times anyway, it seems like some money/effort could be saved by either putting in automatic doors or, you know.....a door handle that works from the inside or whatever
There's a great joke about a NASCAR driver donating their brain to anything in there somewhere but it's too early for me to find it

That says more about Blizzards games having graphics from 1998 than the power of the machine
The biggest surprise of this article is learning that Porsche have a design department. The 911 shows they own a photocopier, and the Panamera and the Cayenne show they have a community outreach program that allows the local Down Syndrome kids to come in and help out, but a design department? Who knew....
