It saddens me that I suspect that Halo5 is the point where the multiplayer aspects ruin the single player experience.

I would argue that game trailers have more responsibility than movie trailers do, because as well as conveying tone, story and atmosphere they must also showcase gameplay, mechanics and other technical elements.
