Hmm. Aside from the processors as I'm not really able to figure out what comparable PC specs are to that, my off-the-shelf PC right now meets or exceeds those specs in every respect except for GPU. Their full potential has pretty much been met. Compare against recent PC games developments and it becomes more obvious just how tapped out they really are.

Good marrow bones for cooking like this can really only be cut from the legs. Others are difficult to use or contain too little of the goods to even be worth the bother. This severely limits the available amount from a carcass.
