You're either operating with selective memory or you should go buy a lottery ticket because you are damn lucky. The amount of bugs in Bethsoft titles is well-documented and much maligned independent of platform.

A bit of a warning that this review doesn't touch on, is that this is DEFINITELY content aimed at late-game characters. I tried with a level 10 I was growing attached to, was able to travel there easily but was mercilessly slaughtered almost immediately. With a level 34 character, it is being a stiff challenge.

Do a lot of multiplayer games pad out player progression in an unfair manner? Yes.

The world needs a new Drakan.

Ah yeah, forgot about that guy.

Umbra existed long before the black knights did. This is either Umbra or a not-so-subtle call-out to Umbra.

...

I never (really, never) wear heavy armor so I didn't even give that consideration. You're right about that, but I will defend until the end of time the action delay following sneak attacks is a punishment/balance system.

See my edit.

This being cited as a reason for a game that features dragons, magic, and elves?

Aside from jumping while sprinting, which I agree is a shame that it can't be done, I still think those intentional decisions. Without spears, attacking while swimming is almost impossible to pull off without it looking awkward and terrible, and most jumping attacks in games are a total violation of good and common

Sorry for the 'hate' thing, I was being dramatic.

You're getting mad at the game for hitting you with a penalty for attacking an aware creature from a sneaking position. That delay is an intentional mechanic. I'm 99% certain of it.

Game just got done being out a year and there's been three pieces of additional content to date.

Goddammit TES games are fast enough. You want plodding? Go try Morrowind. Skyrim feels great and I hate you for wanting it to be even faster.

But I digress. Perhaps the most common complaint about Skyrim, generally considered an excellent game, is that its world was not as magical, not as creative, not as unique as the world of Morrowind before it.

This will be a long day until I can get home and start this.

There's some whining going on in this page, certainly, but it's not the article doing it.

This. When it comes to chips/crisps/whatever, go savory or go home.
