I have a 4Sevens Quark Pro QP2L-X and I absolutely love it. It's small enough that I can carry it anywhere comfortably and it's bright as hell, especially in burst mode at 780lm. It uses two CR123A batteries that I buy on Amazon in Surefire 12 packs for $22.00 shipped. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00…

Beautifully executed, Mr. George.

I trained on a Diamond DA 20. Loved that little plane. So much more fun to fly than your dime-a-dozen 152's in my opinion AND cheap to fly/maintain (relatively speaking).

I'm planning on heading up to Asheville in October for the East event. Perfect time of year for it too, IMO.

Right, but the Power Wagon doesn't have a diesel option because you can't fit a Cummins intercooler AND that winch behind the bumper/grill without the truck turning into something that looks like the Chevy Reaper. So comparing Dodge's 6.2 gasser to Ford's 6.7 turbo diesel isn't exactly comparing apples to apples.

Agreed. I plowed snow for six years when I lived in Hartford and my first truck was a 2007 Ram 2500 with an 8'6" Fisher straight blade and then a 2011 Ram 2500 with a 9'2" PCS BOSS Power V-XT and let me tell you something....sometimes I was downright envious of the guys running around in Wranglers, Dakotas and Tacos

I'll bet this would actually work....."Honey, I know you want a minivan but wagons are just as practical and SAABs are super safe, affordable and LUXUIOUS! We can think about a bigger vehicle when we have our second child."

Agreed on the Sno-ways, but there is nothing like a 9'2" Boss Power V-XT on a Ram 2500 (my old rig)......

WHERE?!

Great read Raph, looking forward to Part 2.

And don't listen to TheTahoeDude.....you don't have to own a car to be a car guy. I mean shit, for the first 15.5 years of my life I didn't own a car and I probably loved them more than most grownups!

BRAVO!

Mr. George, you are without a doubt, one of the best writers on Jalopnik and definitely the most thorough when it comes to automotive investigative journalism.

In Italia.....Car Catches Dog.

That was one of the most spectacular things I have ever seen.

Want.

This was the first time I've seen this ad and I too, found myself instilled with rage after watching it.
