It sounds like it is coming. In 2019 Phil Spencer said he’ll get it on Xbox and based on this interview from July 2020 it appears he has been in several talks with the producer Naoki Yoshida for over 3 years. Yoshida kind of dances around the answer of whether it is actually coming but it sounds hopeful.
They should bring more classic 360 XBLA games to gamepass. It felt refreshing getting a Series S and playing all the old EA owned 360 games on gamepass like Plants Vs Zombies and Bejeweled as well as my old purchases like Castle Crashers.
Every time I drive at night on wet streets I cant help but admire how beautiful the raytraced puddles look.
First time I’m finding out this game has an actual dub. Was expecting just subtitles like all the other Yakuzas, now this has my interest more.
Theyve had a preview for PC available since March. It is available to all Microsoft employees. I think when they first announced it they mentioned something about giving their employees something to do during quarantine.
Quick google search says they been domesticated in Japan since 10,000 BC
I mean they already do have that moment. If they wanted to dunk they would just do it on a “how to know if you will get a next gen upgrade for free”. This was just fun, and I think people are really reaching if they think MS thought this was the same level of gotcha as the how to share games moment.
It is more rogue-lite than rogue-like, but they wanted to go with the term rogue like for marketing purposes.. See this comment by a developer:
Marketed as being vertical, it’d be the PS5 Short.
The Xbox Series X is very heavily designed around its airflow. Funny comment considering the Xbox One X, was the smallest and quietest machine this gen and the PS4 and PS4 Pro were both jet engines.
Just wait until the disc-included version of the Series S gets introduced.
They took the d-pad design from their Xbox One Elite controller, I’m not sure why, maybe it went over well with Elite users. It gives the ability to make it work like a joystick I guess. They shouldve made it like the late gen 360 d-pads that you twist to change between form factors.
This will probably still run games at 4K, but at lower performance. Unlike the Xbox One S that cannot game at 4K even for low requirement indie games, the Series S should allow it.
did you just make two comments but with different suggestions?
You cannot use external drives to play Series X/S games, only previous gen games. But as mentioned by the other comment, you can buy “memory cards” to expand your storage.
I agree, I mean for every person that is looking to spend $4-500 on a new console, theres a person just itching to drop $600+ on the new Nvidia GPUs this fall to make their $2000 builds. Meanwhile $300 Switches have been flying off the shelves and continue to be, but for an extra $1-200 more for next gen consoles sudde…
