Honestly, my performance would improve with an old lady/geezer that grunts “oi, focus” when it wanders. She doesn’t need to know the work, she doesn’t need to fill reports, she doesn’t even need to actually get a result, just wander about and cause that “someone is reading over your shoulder” effect.
