Yeah i’ve never tried casting from the PC, only the accompanying android app, and its been pretty solid.

I always used the accompanying android plex app instead of playing it from the pc, worked really well for me. Give it another Shot!

Streaming from a computer is rather simple, especially if you use Plex.
