The fetal pain crowd is very selective. Can’t have an abortion after 20 weeks because the fetus might feel pain, but if a woman is slowly miscarrying after 20 weeks, they don't want her having an abortion to speed up the process and reduce the amount of time the fetus and the mother are in physical distresss.
