@UberJumper: But a place like the Golden Gate Bridge had 38 in 2006, and the 2nd most popular place to commit suicide in the world is a forest which averages 30 a year. These are places people GO to commit suicide, not a place where they live and work. These people at Foxconn are being paid to work here and are

@KillerBeeTX: So you have two gold accounts and the online code for the game and have tried it?

Here's a question to anyone with more than one account on their Xbox: can you play online with either Xbox Live account? I would imagine the download code would work across all accounts, but who knows?

Might have to do with the rumor of Jordan going in. Maybe it will be like Fight Night with classic matchups, where they introduce classic "elite" NBA players from the past to reinvigorate the NBA console games.

"When you think about it, gamers aren't even all that good about talking about games with one another. That's why we have to use vague and ultimately meaningless words like "gameplay""

@undercovergamer24: and exactly the kind of thing my wife hates as well. Here is why:

@okenny :) ...building bridges (to hide under): Ethnicity, culture, and heritage have nothing to do with casting someone who looks or sounds the role for a character. I don't care where the person is from if their look and acting ability can fit the part, and in the case of animation if their voice can fit the part.

Don't let statistics impair your humanity. This is a relatively high number of suicides in a concentrated area, and the people taking this extreme action aren't necessarily the only ones going through emotional turmoil at the plant. Obviously the numbers aren't as high as someplace like the Golden Gate Bridge, but

I was really disappointed with the animations on the DS. The GBA animations were so smooth and amazing, and now they are rotoscoped 3d characters, and all the charm is lost.

@ngamesnick: I remember being able to discern parts of them also, but I also remember seeing close-ups of characters or objects in some magazines and being really shocked by the pixels that made up the sprite. TV does blur it a bit, like Vaseline over a lens, but you can still tell what you are seeing.

@slotter: While I love Architecture In Helsinki, and this song, I was really disappointed to see how off-beat the animation was.

@beanspeppin: Believer in the afterlife or not, I am with you. Why this intermediary step? And if these people are living a life not knowing they are dead, and the only way to move on is to touch someone else by happenstance, then why should they live different lives and run through other conflicts when the first

Well not to go off-topic on the off-topic, but you live in an upstairs apartment and your downstairs neighbor has a basement?

Just a reflection map applied to the object. That is the beauty and curse of games. A game like GT does this and they are an amazing title pushing boundaries; a racing game which scores in the 5.0 range may also has the same tech, but shitty, shitty driving, and for some reason is thought to not have the same level

@s1nister912: looks like someone got all their friends on AIM to come and vote

"What it needs, though, is a game where this absurd repressed sexual tension can be truly exploited."

So, let me step on some toes and say, you don't need a writer to make a good story, but you need a writer to make a good narrative. Go to any animation festival and watch a short that tells a story without any dialogue. Play "A boy and his blob" on the Wii, a game that uses no dialogue but tells a story. There are
